Being a Buffalo native for over 20 years, Scott Perkins found his true passion for real estate through his interest in design and Buffalo's marvelous architecture. Combining his passion for real estate with strong leadership and teaching skills, Scott has started his own team, aimed at being the most innovative and competitive in the real estate market. The Scott Perkins Team is made up of seven additional highly trained and dedicated agents. Ranked in the TOP 100 locally and top 5% nationally. Born and raised in Buffalo, Fiona Byrne is a true native who is excited to bring her knowledge to a company like Realty ONE Group Empower. Fiona graduated from Duquesne University with a Business degree in Management and Marketing. While attending school, Fiona worked for a start-up marketing company where she mastered a unique combination of creating, developing digital assets, and client success in the market. Upon graduating, Fiona pursued a new opportunity with as an outside sales company. As a representative, she worked closely with various small businesses in North Buffalo improving their financial processes.
Prior to finding her way here, Fiona was a professional World Champion Irish Dancer performing with the 25th-anniversary tour of Riverdance. While traveling all across the country, she always made sure to represent her home grounds, the 716.
She is excited to be a part of a growing organization that is bringing light to the city she loves! Fiona joined Envision Real Estate as their Client Experience Manager in the fall of 2020 and was then promoted to Transaction Coordinator in 2021 where she facilitated numerous successful real estate transactions from start to finish. Her knowledge of what it takes behind the scenes with all parties involved will help her create a seamless transaction as a Real Estate Agent. Incorporating her past sales, marketing, client experience, and transaction coordination experience, Fiona is fully equipped to take her new step in real estate and is eager to start working hard for her clients.

Kim Vaccaro is a lifelong resident of WNY. She is a lover of all that Buffalo has to offer; from the fabulous food to the four gorgeous seasons, arts, music, and of course Buffalo sports fans! She loves it all.
Kim is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Her career of almost 30 years in the communications field has prepared her for this exciting new chapter in her life. She understands the importance and value of great communication. Her focus is to apply all her energy on traditional, as well as creative and out-of-the-box approaches to connect properties with their new owners.
When not working, Kim’s passion is for her pride and joy- her beautiful twin children and her wonderful husband. Family is everything to her. Multitasking is a skill Kim has developed as a busy working mom. She is ready and excited to “see you all the way HOME.”
